Step 1 of 5

Your details

Use an email address you check regularly. A full home address is not needed.

Keep it professional. Do not include your photograph, date of birth, CNIC, passport number or full street address.

Step 2 of 5

Education

Add each stage separately—for example, O Levels and A Levels, or MYP and IBDP—even when you changed schools.

Keep qualifications separate. Do not convert O Level, A Level, IB, Matric or HSSC results into a GPA.

Step 3 of 5

Activities and experience

Add leadership, clubs, sport, work, volunteering, projects, caregiving or family responsibilities.

Quality comes from detail. Explain what you personally did and what resulted. Leave numbers out when you do not have an accurate number.

Step 4 of 5

Projects, awards and additional information

Independent work counts. Add only information that genuinely tells the reader something useful.

Independent projects and initiativesResearch, creative work, community initiatives, small ventures or something you built independently.
Awards and honoursAdd each award separately so its level and year remain clear.
Skills, languages and interestsUse specific, accurate information rather than ratings or skill bars.
AI writing support can be added later
